However: product colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or display settings; 

- sizing and fit information is provided as a guide only; 

- some items may become unavailable without notice; and 

- we do not guarantee that descriptions, specifications, pricing, or other content on the Site are always complete, accurate, or error-free. 

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or withdraw any product at any time without notice. 

5. Orders and Contract Formation 

When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. 

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is not accepted until we confirm dispatch of the relevant products. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where: 

- a product is unavailable; 

there has been an error in pricing or product information; 

- we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or resale activity; 

- billing or shipping information cannot be verified; or 

we believe the order breaches these Terms. 

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Unless otherwise stated, prices on the Site are shown in GBP. Delivery charges, taxes, duties, or other charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout or otherwise explained before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to: 

- change prices at any time without notice; 

- correct pricing, promotional, or - typographical errors; 

- withdraw discounts, offers, or promotional codes at any time; and 

refuse or cancel orders where an item has been listed at an incorrect price. 

Where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised as such, we are not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price. 

7. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards 

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, store credits, gift cards, or other incentives. Unless stated otherwise: 

- promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time; 

- only one discount code or promotion may be used per order unless we state otherwise; 

- discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders; 

- promotional offers have no cash value and are non-transferable; and 

we may cancel or refuse orders where a promotion or code has been used improperly, abusively, or contrary to its intended purpose. 

Additional terms may apply to specific promotions, and those terms will supplement these Terms. 

8. Shipping and Delivery 

We will use reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframes shown on the Site or in your order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by: 

- couriers or postal services; 

- customs clearance; 

- severe weather or transport disruption; 

- inaccurate address details provided by you; or 

events beyond our reasonable control. 

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. Ownership of the products transfers to you once we have received payment in full. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and secure. 

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges 

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms. 

If you are a consumer, you may have legal rights to cancel, return, or reject goods under applicable consumer law. Our Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and faulty items. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds where the applicable policy or legal requirements have not been met, including where items are returned worn, damaged, altered, or without original tags or packaging where reasonably required. 

Refunds, where approved, will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
