Returns & Exchange Policy

If you would like to change a set for a different size, colour or collection we offer exchanges for all sets.

Gibraltar only: please note, all exchanges will need to be dropped off at a local shop for examination of the product. The address of the shop will be given upon request.

All: Each item will need to be returned back to us in perfect condition and within 2 weeks of delivery for us to accept the exchange. This means in the sealed, protective bag that it is supplied in or equivalent. For hygiene purposes, no exchanges will be given for products that have perfume, makeup, body odours or cigarette smoke on.

Once the item has been received we will process the exchange within 5 days and get it prepped and ready either for collection from the same shop (Gibraltar Only) or delivery. Delivery will be charged at £2.99

You can exchange your item for an item that is not in stock, however you will have to wait until the item comes in stock before we can get it to you. The same terms apply in this case.
